For those of you who are vendors at shows, expos, and have booths at regularly scheduled networking events...THANK YOU! Our paths may have crossed on many occasions and it is you that has often been the light at the end of my tunnel. Sometimes when I'm on the tradeshow circuit, I may not end up with a single sale from a shopper. I've found that it is the relationship I have created with my fellow vendors that brings me my greatest satisfaction and income on those dry days. I am humbly reminded that selling is always about the relationship. Thank you vendors for bring so receptive to me and the wonderful products I sell!

I was looking in the mirror yesterday and remembering how I used to abuse my skin when I was growing up. For those of you who are my age, you'll remember when you used to use cocoa butter for a deep rich tan. Or do you remember putting iodine in baby oil? OMG...What were we thinking?

We've all heard that sun is bad for your skin. I've had three Squamous Cell Carcinomas removed from either my lip or the end of my nose. It wasn't a pretty picture. Beautiful Brown Eyes

As I age, I find that softer matte color eye shadows are more flattering to my eyes. Dark shades can be too harsh and add years to my face. I try to stay in the same color family of my eyes to accent my eye color.

If you have brown eyes you've got it easy. I'm jealous; any color looks good on you. Don't be afraid to experiment with all colors. You'll find what appeals to you and flatters you the most. If you get stuck try charcoal, pewter, expresso, golden brown, mahogany, coppery bronze, dark purple, rich blue or deep greens.

Because I have droopy eye lids, my shadows used to crease or wear off by the end of the day. I learned to start with a clean, dry eye lid. Which means I'm removing any moisturizer that might have gotten on my eye lids. Since I've been using SeneGence eye shadows which are long lasting, I haven't had that problem.
